Some regions are unable to access LearnToLua due to legal or regulatory requirements. Below are answers to common questions regarding country-based restrictions.

Why is my country restricted?

Access may be restricted due to international laws, regional regulations, sanctions, or compliance obligations. These restrictions are applied automatically and are not based on individual user behavior.

How do you know what country I’m in?

Your country is determined using IP-based location data and network signals. This information is used solely to determine access eligibility.

Did I do something wrong?

No. Country-based restrictions are unrelated to account violations or behavior. They apply to all users within restricted regions equally.

Can I appeal or request access?

In most cases, country restrictions cannot be overridden. Appeals are generally unavailable unless access becomes legally permitted.

Can I use a VPN to bypass this restriction?

No. Using a VPN or similar service to bypass country restrictions is a violation of our Terms of Service. Even if access initially appears to work, detection can occur later through additional verification methods.

If a user is identified as originating from a restricted region after bypassing safeguards, enforcement actions may include permanent IP blocking and irreversible access restrictions. In some jurisdictions, penalties for bypassing access controls are especially severe and legally enforceable.

Will this restriction ever be removed?

Restrictions may change if international laws or regional regulations are updated. We regularly review eligibility when legally possible.

Can I still access my account data?

Depending on the restriction, limited access to certain account data may be available. Some features may remain inaccessible until restrictions are lifted.
